What you’ll work through

  1. 01

    Review your experience

Describe what happened when you tried your starting action. Distinguish observations from expectations; this is a habit review, not a cognitive assessment.

  2. 02

    Build your plan

For each priority, define an action, a cue, a comfortable level of effort and an alternative for disrupted days.

  3. 03

    Choose support

Identify helpful reminders, resources or a willing support person. Decide how you want to reflect on consistency.

Between conversations

Put it into practice

Use your action plan in daily life. Record a brief observation about fit and enjoyment rather than trying to measure medical or cognitive change.

Questions for reflection

  • Does the plan fit my ordinary week?
  • What can I simplify before adding anything new?

Your takeaway

A personalized action plan with cues, alternatives and support.

These session guides describe the coaching curriculum, not a fixed number of appointments. Joanna personalizes the focus, order and pacing with you; topics may span or recur across conversations. Dates and session arrangements are agreed separately.
